El mercadito has, by far, the best mexican deli & bakery in town. Their Tres leches cakes are amazing! Then there's the lunch/dinner counter... Excellent. Try the grilled chicken, chicken tacos- the rice & beans- again, the best you'll find locally. What are you waiting for? Go!

The two stars is for the cashiers that check you out. Beware that it seems that if you are not Hispanic, they charge you more or whatever they feel they can get away with. Since there are no prices displayed, they constantly charge different prices for the same items week to week. Last time the price for their elephant ears pastry was almost double from before. PUT PRICING ON YOUR ITEMS SO WE KNOW WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SCREW US! The bakery is very good as are some of the prepared meats, but if this doesn't stop, there's a whole pile of us customers that won't be coming back anymore.
